The wetting effect is usually immediately, starting within seconds after application. Full penetration and surface coverage typically occur within a few minutes, depending on the substrate porosity and liquid viscosity.
RT33 is compatible with most water-based and solvent-based systems, you’d better conduct a small-scale test to ensure no adverse effects on curing, color, or adhesion before large scale uses.
Normally, substrate dynamic wetting agents do not significantly change drying or curing times. But excessive dosage may slightly accelerate penetration progress for easy penetrating substrates, which will affect surface appearance or curing uniformity.
