Celotech Ruico MHEC Functions

Stable to use in mortars, adhesives and coatings, increase the viscosity of aqueous formulations for better effects in constructional applications.

With high water retention to reduce the water loss to slow down the drying of cement-based, gypsum-based products, and prolong the opening time.

Able to form a flexible and water-resistant film upon drying, improve the adhesion and cohesion of your coating and adhesive materials.

Enhance the binding and adhesion between aggregates and binders in tile adhesives and skim coats with excellent bonding strength.

Modifed to provide smooth flow and consistent viscosity in cement, mortar or coatings, and decrease friction during mixing and application effectively.

Control flow and uniform surface leveling, sag resistant, and maintain surface texture in flooring, tile adhesives, and finally reduce slipping risks.
Celotech Ruico MHEC USES
Our extensive product line of MHEC covers applications in wall putty, tile adhesive, self-leveling, plaster, and emulsion paints.

Celotech Ruico MHEC is a significant chemical agent in wall putty, it acts as a thickener controlling the working time, and improves the water retention, adhesion and crack resistance.

Our MHEC can effectively extend the opening time for tile adhesive, minimize the hydration reaction in cement, and prevent the tiles from slipping. Especially beneficial in hot, dry, and windy climates, MHEC can work better than HPMC.

Celotech Ruico MHEC is widely used in self-leveling mortars to improve water retention, which is helpful to keep the smooth flow and make the floor in a flat, dense, and defect-free finish.

Our MHEC can make the wall moisture-proof, protecting the wall from weather, chemicals, and impact effects. The application is essential to keep the wall flat, smooth and clean.

Adding Celotech Ruico MHEC to latex paint with proper viscosity and dosage can improve the storage stability and hiding power. It is a superior thickening agent for emulsion paints.

Our construction grade of MHEC can ensure water retention and adhesion to cement-based skim coat, which is a thin final coating on concrete or base renders that must be added with emulsion powders.
MHEC Packaging and Storage
MHEC Packaging: packed in a 25 kg multi-layer paper sack with a polyethylene intermediate layer and an inner P.E. bag.
MHEC Storage: keep it sealed and away from moisture. Do not expose it to direct sunlight or near fire sources.
