FAQ About RT8601 Styrene Acrylic Copolymer Emulsion
Celotech Ruico RT8601 has good adaptability to conventional coating production and construction equipment, and can be used for dispersing, mixing and construction operations without the need for special equipment.
Due to its special advantages, a dense and uniform paint film structure will be formed after film formation, thereby improving the water resistance and long-term stability of the coating.
This product should avoid high temperature, severe cold and long-term exposure to the sun during transportation. Keeping the container sealed can meet general transportation requirements.
Under normal circumstances, no pre-dilution is required. Just add it directly according to the formula for use. In a high-shear dispersion system, it is recommended to add it slowly while maintaining uniform mixing to ensure system stability.
The direct adhesion to the metal substrate is limited. Generally, a rust-preventing primer or a specific metal adhesion promotion system needs to be used in conjunction to ensure long-term stability.
