Company Advantages
Celotech Ruico has established a complete industrial chain system covering research and development, raw material procurement, manufacturing, and end-user application services, enabling comprehensive control and management of the entire process – from raw materials to finished products. This allows us to help you reduce procurement costs, mitigate risks throughout the production cycle, and enhance product performance.
Celotech Ruico places great emphasis on modern, intelligent production. It introduces advanced international production lines and testing equipment. The company is equipped with a comprehensive experimental and quality control system. It controls the entire process, from raw material inspection to finished product performance testing, ensuring that every batch of coating additives is stable and performs well.
Why Use Celotech Ruico Paint Dispersants

The stability of the paint dispersant is reflected in its ability to not only evenly disperse the coating but also reduce the concentration of the slurry, improving its fluidity, so that the coating is less likely to separate or form lumps during storage, transportation and application.

The paint dispersant evenly disperses the pigments, reduces the viscosity of the slurry, minimizes agglomeration and rework, makes the stirring and grinding more efficient, thereby increasing production speed and overall efficiency.

When a paint dispersant is added to the coating, it will adsorb onto the surface of the pigment particles, altering the surface energy of the particles, thereby reducing the interfacial tension between the pigment and the liquid medium. This results in an enhanced ability of the liquid to wet the surface of the particles.

By uniformly dispersing pigments and fillers to prevent particle agglomeration and sedimentation, the coating will be smoother, more uniform in colour, and achieve higher coverage when formed. At the same time, it will enhance adhesion and durability, and comprehensively improve the coating’s performance and application effect.
Applications of Paint Dispersants

We specialize in the production of a wide range of dispersing agents for water-based paints, including construction latex paint, high-PVC paints, etc. It facilitates rapid wetting and uniform dispersion of pigments and fillers. It is an indispensable key additive in water-based coatings.

The paint dispersant can enhance the colour intensity and vividness of a water-based organic pigment dispersant, reduce grinding viscosity, and improve grinding efficiency. In addition, it can also enhance the storage stability and anti-sedimentation performance of the pigment dispersion.

The pigment dispersing agent can reduce the viscosity of the product, improve its flowability and printing suitability, making ink transfer smoother during printing, achieving more uniform colouring, enhancing clarity, and ensuring that the final printed product has stable, excellent performance.

Quick FAQs for Paint Dispersant:
Our pigment dispersant is effective with diverse pigments, including organic, inorganic, and carbon black types.
Yes. Our pigment dispersant works with most wetting agents, surfactants, and leveling agents. We advise testing with new formulations.
Foaming is common and should be controlled with an antifoaming agent. Some dispersants, like Celotech Ruico’s RT5040 and RT5027, make fewer bubbles and need less antifoaming agent.
As long as the dosage is appropriate, it will generally not affect the hardness. Our dispersants are designed at the molecular level to integrate effectively with the resin matrix during drying; unlike small-molecule surfactants, they do not migrate to the surface to form a soft layer.
Carbon black possesses a large specific surface area and places a very high demand on dispersants. We recommend using RT2374, which exhibits a specific affinity for carbon black, helping significantly reduce the viscosity of carbon black slurries and preventing flocculation during storage.
